I specialize in personalized travel planning for family-friendly vacations, luxury getaways, all-inclusive escapes, theme park adventures, cruises, group travel, and trips tailored for special needs.

Planning fees may vary. While most of our services are free to you, some clients request additional, specialized services that require extra time and attention. We’re happy to accommodate these needs. For customers who want these enhanced services, a fee starting at $199 will apply. This fee or any other will always be clearly quoted at the beginning of the booking process.

Hotels (and cruises) pay me directly for bookings made on your behalf—so my services cost you nothing! Plus, you get access to exclusive perks like upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, and much more as made available by many suppliers exclusively to travel agents!

I earn commissions from hotels, cruises, tour operators, and other travel suppliers for the bookings I make. This means you receive expert travel planning and services at no extra cost to you.

No! The rates I offer are the same—or often better—than what you’d find on your own. Plus, you get exclusive perks that aren’t available when booking independently.

If you’ve already booked your hotel, depending on the platform, timing, and property, I may be able to initiate a “takeover booking” to assist with the rest of your planning.

The same applies to cruises—but timing is crucial! Each cruise line has its own rules, so please reach out as early as possible if you’re interested in this option.

If a takeover booking isn’t possible, I’m still happy to help with other parts of your trip, like transportation, tours, and dining reservations. Just note that perks may not be available for existing bookings.

Gold: Covers booking the essentials such as hotels, transfers, cruises, all-inclusive resorts. I would be handling the adding extra events or details. 

Platinum: Provides comprehensive planning for every aspect of your trip—accommodations, transportation, dining, activities—with personalized concierge-level support.

Diamond: Includes all Platinum services, specially tailored for families and groups, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel for everyone.

Payments
Payments are typically made directly to the travel providers on your behalf. I will guide you through each step to ensure your transactions are secure and hassle-free.

Payment Plans
Payment plan options vary by travel provider and destination. When I share your trip details, I’ll present all available plans so you can select the one that best fits your needs.

Full payment of the agreed-upon planning fee is required upfront to begin work on your Full Itinerary package. This fee compensates for my time and expertise in creating a personalized travel itinerary tailored specifically for you. Please note, this fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward the cost of your travel arrangements.

I believe in 100% transparency. Any fees beyond the standard planning fee will be disclosed upfront during our initial consultation. While many of my services are included in the booking process, specialized or complex requests—such as event and tour planning or extensive research—may incur a nominal fee, which will always be fully communicated in advance.

As part of my concierge-level Platinum and Diamond services included in the Full Itinerary package, I personally handle dining reservations and recommend must-visit spots tailored specifically to your tastes and preferences. Please note that availability at certain establishments may be subject to factors beyond my control, but I will always strive to secure the best possible options for you.
